Introduction

I have always loved the concept of emotions and the emotions themselves. To me, emotions make up life; they are what make life worth living. All emotions, good or bad, help to insinuate all the events and circumstances of life: sadness or happiness, anger or contentment, loss or joy, hate or love. Sometimes they can be hard to face or even hard to decipher, but coming to terms with what you feel is also a big part of staying true to yourself, to others and, most of all, to heal if you have been hurt.
